Onsite Support. There is a fair amount of push in the IT industry toward delivering all services remotely. Remote monitoring of servers, remote control of workstations, off-shore helpdesks – all done without the need for an engineer to ever come to your office.

While we do make the most of remote monitoring and remote control, we also put together a support agreement which involves regular site visits by our engineers. This means that you’ll have a primary contact who will get to know you, get to know your business, and be able to help with everything from IT budgets and long-term planning through to your individual staff members’ requirements and minor issues.
