Make a Wish Foundation
Make-A-Wish New Zealand grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength and joy.
Westpac Rescue Helicopter
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter service provides a dedicated 24-hour, seven day a week service. This service often makes a life or death difference for thousands of New Zealanders.
Ponsonby Rugby Club
Established in 1874, Ponsonby District Rugby Football club is the Auckland Union's oldest and most successful rugby club. Ponsonby is a club with a strong tradition and a commitment to fostering young rugby talent.
Bruce McLaren Trust
Bruce McLaren is one of New Zealand's most famous motor racing personalities, a driver, a race car builder and a team manager. Although he died in 1970 his name lives on with the successful Formula One team. In response to repeated demands to commemorate Bruce McLaren's achievements and honour him as one of New Zealand's international heroes, a Trust was formed by Ross Jensen and Bruce's younger sister Jan. The overall purpose of the Bruce McLaren Trust is to be a living working memorial to Bruce McLaren and the McLaren Team heritage. |
