Our philosophy is incredibly simple. We try to use experts in a particular field, to recruit for that field.

From an Early Childhood professional of 20 years standing, recruiting for ECE, to an Insurance industry expert recruiting for Insurance, whilst appearing simplistic, it seems to be a point of difference.

Hopefully candidates too will find this to be a comfortable and reassuring experience in the job hunt.

Launching in December 2010, we are leveraging the knowledge and experience gained in one other sector – Information Technology (IT) – and making use of all the systems, processes and databases that have been put in place to support that area of the company.

A division of a business celebrating its 15th Birthday this year, we have the solid grounding in Auckland of our established offices and support team, and the energy and enthusiasm of a new entrant.

As in our other areas of business one of our differentiators, is our consortium group of like-minded companies, who will all search for the perfect candidate, or the perfect jobs. Across our group, are 18-20 working consultants within 8 recruitment companies.
